Through the years, Pollutec has gained global recognition for its accurate representation of equipment, technologies and services provided by organisations globally to the environment and energy sectors. This year, Pollutec will be celebrating its 40th anniversary and it is estimated the event will see over 2,200 exhibitors and 73,000 professionals attend the event between 27-30 November.
QED distributors PLM Equipments and Equipments Scientifics will be exhibiting at the show and will be displaying a selection of QED products which span across landfill, remediation, groundwater and biogas applications.
PLM Equipments, based in Lyon, will be exhibiting QED’s portfolio of products from its pneumatic positive air displacement pump range. This includes the brand’s AP2, AP3 and AP4+ products, designed to handle difficult conditions reliably and safely within landfill and remediation applications.
Commenting on their stand at Pollutec this year, Nicolas Prothery, Head of PLM Equipments said: “We are excited to exhibit once again at Pollutec and look forward to speaking with industry professionals about QED’s fantastic pump range. Thanks to their ATEX certified status, this range has received widespread popularity in the French landfill, petrochemical, brownfield and remediation industries. We look forward to discussing the benefits with attendees through the course of the event.”
Additionally Paris based Equipments Scientifics will be displaying portable and fixed biogas analysers from its Geotech product range, designed to support process analysis, protection and grid injection. This includes QED’s latest innovation – the BIOMETHANE 3000 analyser. Across the globe today, biomethane is continuing to grow as an important source of renewable energy. To meet market demand, the ATEX certified, fixed biomethane analyser was developed in conjunction with leading biogas upgrading plant providers across the world to provide an accurate measurement of methane and oxygen concentrations for biomethane applications.
Daniel Guez, Sales Manager at Equipments Scientifics said: “Biomethane has become a vitally important part of our energy future. This product has proven to help our customers carry out real time monitoring and provides remote access to ensure balanced gas composition levels and optimised biofuel for gas-to-grid operations. It also offers the user historical data, enabling important trend monitoring. We have had fantastic feedback from our customers so far and I look forward to the further buzz it will create at Pollutec this year.”
