QED Environmental Systems has announced the appointment of four new starters in its sales and marketing team at its international headquarters in the U.K. The new arrivals come as the business continues to see tremendous growth in the global environmental monitoring equipment space.
As QED continues with its global focus, Martyn Hanks joins the business as a Business Development Manager. In his role, Martyn will facilitate several national and international growth areas for the business, including new markets, new product initiatives and potential acquisition opportunities. With his breadth of international expertise and experience in sales and business development roles for over 25 years, Martyn hopes to build on the business’s continued success and accelerate its international expansion.
New recruit Connor McLoughlin, Customer Service Manager, will be responsible for maintaining and improving QED’s customer service. Connor has over a decade’s experience in customer management which he will use to provide strategic insights into process improvements at QED. In his role, he also looks to enhance the QED customer experience across all touchpoints to ensure continuation of an A+ customer service. Connor aims to build on business reputation and improve internal and external efficiencies at QED.
Ginger Sternbeg and Maryna Smith have been appointed as Customer Service Representatives who will work with Connor to achieve business objectives in customer experience and service respectively.
With extensive experience working across a range of different industries with responsibilities in customer service and account management, Ginger looks forward to going above and beyond serving the needs of QED’s international customer base. Maryna joins the business from the aerospace industry where she looked after operations in Europe, Asia and Russia. She is looking forward to working with the team and delivering the highest customer standards in the industry.
